Cheesecloth ghosts
Super simple and something you could get the kids involved in. All things you can find at your local craft store or Dollar Tree.
How To:
Make a mold using a cup, jar, or glass with a small ball or balloon. Use pipe cleaners to mold the arms. Cut cheesecloth to size and soak in starch. Drape over your mold and let dry for 24 hours. Hot glue eyes.
